The 22-year-old has been burglarized for a third time now in a little more than over a year as reported by TMZ on Thursday.

TMZ reported one law enforcement source said the burglar got Cyrus' bankcard.

Billboard reported that police caught the thief though. Rusty Sellner pleaded not guilty to felony charges.

Sellner was charged with felony first-degree residential burglary, receiving stolen property and grand theft.

He has previous convictions for burglary and evading arrest and could face up to seven years and eight months in prison if he is convicted.

As TMZ reported, Cyrus has been burglarized before.

In May 2014 her Maserati was stolen and later abandoned. Billboard also reported clothes and other personal belongings were stolen from her San Fernando Valley home during that burglary.

The two people who made off with her car were arrested and convicted.

Then back in November 2013, Cyrus' home was broken into and $100K in designer purses and jewelry was stolen.

The We Can't Stop singer sounds like she needs better security systems.
