'CSI: Cyber' Premiere: Avery Ryan's Team Throws Punches In New Promo; Plots For First Three Episodes Revealed [VIDEO]
The agents of CSI: Cyber may be investigating online crimes, but that doesn't mean they will be stuck behind a computer all day.
Quite the contrary. The first promo for the new CBS endeavor shows Avery Ryan (Patricia Arquette) and her team collecting evidence and, more importantly, throwing a few punches.
Set to premiere on March 4, the series received a backdoor pilot during CSI: Crime Scene Investigation's 14 th season. Now, Avery has filled out her team with Elijah (James Van Der Beek), Brody (Shad Moss), and more in order to take down the web's most dangerous criminals.

"You work dark allies, I work the dark net," Avery quips.
Titled "Kidnapping 2.0," the premiere will center on a site auctioning infants. Meanwhile the second and third episodes, "CMND:/CRASH" and "Fire Code," will take a look at a deadly hacking of a roller coaster and a software patch that is burning down peoples' homes.
