Billionaire Dan Bilzerian may be headed back to the big house for felony charges after his arrest back in December.

The poker player turned media mogul, was arrested outside of LAX last month after Clark County, Nevada police officials issued a warrant for his arrest.

Allegedly, the social media sensation obtained some illegal substance used as TNT, and now he could be facing jail time.

On Friday the Las Vegas Sun reported that attorney's for the self proclaimed 'King of Instagram' and Jeremy David Guymon appeared in court on Friday to reach a deal.

Bilzerian and Guymon were not in attendance at Friday's hearing, but they are being represented by Richard Schonfeld and David Chesnoff

According to the site, Bilzerian and Guymon are both facing two counts of possessing bomb-making components and could face up to 6 years in prison and a $5,000 fine for each count if they are convicted.

The Las Vegas Sun obtained a police report from the incident, and investigators believe that Bilzerian and Guymon shot a rifle from a distance, which let off more than 90 lbs. of a powered explosive mixture, blowing up an entire truck.

After his arrest in Dec., Bilzerian was held in jail without bail, and if prosecutors don't reach an agreement, he may be sending the next few years of his life behind bars.

The judge in this case has scheduled a Feb. 6 status check, and as of now, both Bilzerian and Guymon remain free on bond.
