Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney seemed to have herself a pleasant weekend based on a new video she posted on Instagram.

The gold medal winner celebrated Cody Simpson's birthday on Sunday where she posted a clip of the pop singer blowing out the candles. He turned 18-years-old and appeared to be having a good time partying with his friends- one of them seems to be Miley Cyrus.

Maroney's video shows a group of people in front of her as they sing along to a hip-hop song and the "Wrecking Ball" singer apparently happens to be the main person in front. Even though Maroney didn't say that Cyrus was there, the girl in front looks very much like her. Someone even commented on the video saying, "Miley oh my god."

As the clip continues, Simpson makes his way to the giant cake as he starts to blow out the candles.

Maroney captioned the video, "hope u had an amazing birthday @codysimpson #18"

While the gymnast is known for her techniques in back-flips and swinging on bars at the Olympics, she's also known for posting random selfies on social media. One of her latest images shows her in a bikini as she rests on a blanket and pillow with a journal in front of her. She rests a hand by her face as she appears to be getting some sun in despite the fact that it's the winter season.
