Jennifer Aniston's upcoming marriage to fiancé Justin Theroux will be quite different from most Hollywood weddings in one big way -- there will be no prenuptial agreement.

Even Kim Kardashian signed a prenup when she wed Kris Humphries, but the former "Friends" star tells those close to her that she trusts Theroux enough to forgo the process.

"There's no prenup. That tells you something, doesn't it? It's the real deal," a source told OK! Magazine. "She believes in their love so fully that you can't convince her otherwise."

And several people did try to convince her otherwise, according to reports.

"She went against multiple advisers who insisted she protect her assets - present and future. But she's decided that true love doesn't need to be protected," the source said.

Aniston's assets are hefty. Forbes estimates her net worth is about $150 million - much more than Theroux, who is an actor and writer himself but doesn't pull in enormous paychecks like Aniston.

But friends say Aniston wants to focus on her relationship and not make money the focus of her union.

"Jen is a hopeless romantic, so money is the last thing on her mind now," the source said. "The way she sees it, Justin is her soul mate, and she trusts him implicitly with every aspect of her life - including her finances."

Theroux proposed Aug. 10 at a New York restaurant with an eight-carat diamond ring, which friends say Aniston absolutely loved.

No details have yet surfaced on when the two might tie the knot, but early reports claim the couple can't exactly agree on what type of wedding is best for them.
