While Beyonce caused quite the stir on Instagram after posting a snapshot with a sand baby bump, her former Destiny's Child bandmate has shut down speculation that Mrs. Carter is pregnant with her second child.

Williams made an appearance on The View earlier this week and made it clear that Beyonce is not pregnant.

"You know, when she was pregnant, people said that she wasn't pregnant and, you know, it's just no truth to it. Sorry!"

She went on to analyze the now infamous picture and gave reasons as to why that would not be a baby bump.

"First of all, if you look at the picture, the baby bump is like where her knees probably really are so that's really, you know?"

Instagram would have been a pretty interesting way to Beyonce to reveal she was pregnant, especially since speculation has been swirling of a second baby for months. She and her husband, Tom Ford rapper Jay Z just celebrated birthday no. 2 for their daughter, Blue Ivy Carter.

Beyonce unveiled that pregnancy while performing at the MTV Video Music Awards back in 2011. In the Instagram picture, Beyonce is laying on the beach covered in sand. Many thought the extra sand in the form of a baby bump was the Drunk in Love singer's way of revealing that she is pregnant. It might not have helped that she left the caption blank, leaving her millions of followers to come to their own conclusion.
