Another Mad Men star has landed a new television series.

'Mad Men' Creator Thanks Fans For Following 'Incredible Journey'

It looks like John Slattery, known for playing Roger Sterling on Mad Men for nearly a decade, will be joining Netflix's Wet Hot American Summer.

On Tuesday Deadline listed Slattery as part of the enormous ensemble, which will also include Michaela Watkins (Trophy Wife), Randal Park (The Interview), Lake Bell (Million Dollar Arm), and Rob Huebel (Transparent).

'Mad Men' Plans One Last 'Surprise' For Series Finale

The series is based on the 2001 cult classic movie of the same name and will receive a limited run on Netflix, which has been building up its original programming over the last few years with shows like the political drama House Of Cards.

Even with a new series, Slattery won't soon forget his time on AMC's ad agency drama. He spent nearly a decade on the show. "I don't know if I'm ready [for the end]," he told Variety back on June 10, adding that the finality of it all has made "everything seem a little more vivid."

The actor seems to be following in the footsteps of co-star Christina Hendricks (Joan Harris), who recently landed a comedy on Showtime. Jon Hamm (Don Draper), on the other hand, will be taking some time off now that production for the show is over before looking for new projects.

Mad Men returns on AMC for a seventh and final season on Sunday, April 5 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
