Rapper Kanye West may have a new neighbor on the block. Allegedly Kim Kardashian's ex boo, Ray J has put a down payment on a house that's literally don't the street from Kardashian and West.

This is a little awkward, because not only did Kardashian date Ray J, he was also the costar in the reality star's famous sex video.

On Sunday, TMZ broke the news that Ray J. put a 2.7 million dollar offer down on the home and it's only a few feet away from West's new mansion that he's been renovating for some time now.

Allegedly, the Hidden Hills mansion is only eight doors down from the rapper and his wife's new home.

West and Kardashian probably aren't too happy with Ray J for following his ex but there's not much they can do about the situation other than buy him out.

While many people believe Ray J is trying to stir the pot and cause a little drama, the site reported that Ray J has lived in the vicinity for quite some time now and he insists that he's not following anyone.

West or his wife have yet to comment on the story, but it's pretty safe to say that if the Wests did ever need to borrow a cup of sugar, we know whose door they wouldn't knock on.
