Based on their last few gigs, it looks like Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert might just be aiming tone down their fame.

Miranda Lambert Kicks Off 2015 Tour Early With Surprise Performance

On Tuesday Lambert announced that her Certified Platinum Tour would be kicking off a few days early with a concert in Nashville that very night.

According to People on Wednesday, the venue was reminiscent the Somethin' Bad singer's early career and garnered back to the singer's days before she was a major figure in the country music industry.

Why Blake Shelton & Miranda Lambert Might Be Avoiding Each Other

"I'm glad to be here with no video, no fuss, no frills," declared Lambert as she got up on stage. "Just us and the music."

Lambert and Shelton did something similar back in December when the pair showed up at Lambert's bed and breakfast in Tishomingo, Okla. Tickets for their intimate show at The Ladysmith went on sale for five dollars each just hours before they pulled out their guitars to kick back with some wine and some good company.

With Lambert's recent track record, it's possible that the star is looking to scale back the massive nature of her fame and return to more intimate, original performances. Is she growing bored with big shows? Or just getting nostalgic over her early career? Either way, Lambert might be starting a precedent for big stars looking for small gigs.

Lambert's 2015 Certified Platinum Tour officially began on Thursday and will run across the country throughout the year.
