Billionaire poker player Dan Bilzerian may be heading to prison in the very near future due to felony charges surrounding his November explosive case.

Dan Bilzerian Feuding With Friend Over A Threesome?

On Friday, the Las Vegas Sun reported that the self proclaimed 'King of Instagram' made a bomb back in November, and he blew up the cab of a tractor trailer.

The site also announced that attorneys for Bilzerian and his friend Jeremy David Guymon attended a brief hearing in a Las Vegas court to reach a deal for their clients.

Dan Bilzerian Could Face Jail Time

The judge has set the case for a status check for the case, which has been scheduled for Feb. 6, so as of now, the boys are still free.

Bilzerian has been pretty quiet lately, but the party animal posted a photo on his Instagram page on Thursday morning, and it looks like he's back to his rock star lifestyle.

In the photograph, Bilzerian and his friend Michael Utsinger appear to be standing in an elevator with some pretty sexy girls.

Let's hope Bilzerian can enjoy more these outings because if convicted of the felony charge, Bilzerian could face up to 6 years in prision.

This isn't the first time the 'King of Instagram' has landed himself in some serious trouble, so let's hope he can buy himself out of this one.
