Adele Married And Pregnant? Singer Denies Being Wed (UPDATE)

Adele has addressed the rumors of being married and pregnant.

The British singer tweeted on Thursday, Aug. 30: "I'm not married...Zzzzzzz," 

The "21" singer put the rumor to rest several hours after Daily Mail reported an anonymous source claimed to have been "present" at her secret ceremony.

"They did get married, and I was present. It was a fabulous occasion. Adele was dressed in a classic attire and Simon looked very smart and joyous," a source told Daily Mail.

The source was confirming a report in Life & Style magazine; the latest issue features Adele with her big baby bump and a close-up photo of a gold wedding band on her ring finger with the cover line "Pregnant Adele's Joy: Secret Wedding!"

The weekly magazine also claimed to offer details about the "the ring, the dress" and "emotional vows."

"Adele and Simon managed to keep the baby news a secret for so long that there are rumors they've already gotten married, too," a source told Life & Style. "She's an old-fashioned girl and can't wait to be part of a family unit. She just wants to focus on the baby and the man she loves."

Adele is expecting her first baby with Simon Konecki, 38, a charity worker. The "Rolling In The Deep" singer announced her pregnancy on her official website, adele.tv on June 29:

"I'm delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together. I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we're over the moon. Yours always, Adele xx"

The Grammy winner has never revealed the due date, but according to Life & Style, Adele is due in September.
