Luckily for the Walking Dead fans, the AMC hit show is back in a few short weeks and surprisingly, there is a new cast mate joining the show.
'The Walking Dead' News 2015: Mid-Season Opener Introduces New Recurring Character
Show creator Robert Kirkman announced that Ross Marquant, from Down and Dangerous, is the newest member of the cast.
Kirkman didn't go into detail about Marquant's new role but he did say that the character would be introduced when the season returns next month.

Early speculation suggests that the new cast member will be portraying the role of Aaron, an Alexandria resident from the zombie series.
Sadly for The Walking Dead fans, their show is still on hiatus, and as of now, they only have teasers and re-runs to keep their minds off of the long wait.
Fans on Twitter are expressing their pain as they wait for the anticipated premiere of the second half, and it's safe to say they're getting impatient.
