Instagram superstar Jen Selter posted a new shot of her athletic torso while giving out a positive message on how it's okay to have different looks.

The picture that was posted on Friday shows Selter from the chest down to her legs where she dons a white shirt with tiny blue shorts. Her waist looks small as her abs are strong and her behind sticks out along with her muscular thighs. Even though Selter might have large curves and a washboard stomach, she made it clear in the caption that there is nothing wrong with having a different body type.

"Abs are cool. No abs are cool. Big butts are cool. Small butts are cool. Having curves is cool. Not having curves is cool. You know what's not cool? Telling someone else how they should or shouldn't look," the caption reads.

The model has always been positive with her messages in her photos that have gained her a good haul of attention. She received her fame and popularity when she started posting gym pictures on social media where her body slowly turned into an Internet sensation.

In a previous snapshot, Selter wears a pink sports bra with tight grey pants that show off her iconic backside. She rests her hands on a tree and arches her back as she straddles one foot in front of the other.

Selter currently has more than five million followers on Instagram.
