Tori Spelling just can't catch a break when it comes to her health these days. The Hollywood actress and reality star revealed that she is once again suffering from terrible migraines as she posted a photo of herself trying out several different home remedies while in bed.

In an Instagram pic that she shared on Saturday, Spelling looks to be suffering while trying to find a cure for her migraines. She captioned the photo with, "In bed with a terrible #migraine 3 things getting me thru it ... Bag of frozen peas( quick fix for ice pack) , homemade lavender face mist (great essential oil for headaches), & my @saranoniblanket in Ivory (the XL Home) a must for the bedroom."

Many of her Instagram followers weren't sure if Spelling was indeed sick or she just used to post as an opportunity to promote some of her sponsored brands.

Some of her fans commented with, "Love Tori but her "sickly" behavior is too much. I feel sorry for her doctor that has to deal w her constant complaints, #worriedwellpatient," along with, "People that suffer from migraines don't usually take selfies and post things on instagram."

Back in December, Spelling insisted that her marriage is "great" now, despite her husband Dean McDermott having allegedly cheated on her with his Canadian mistress, Emily Goodhand.

In a joint interview with Access Hollywood, Spelling admitted that even though the couple has had their ups and downs, they're doing "really great" now.

She said, "We can only go day by day, because, you know, we are working on things. Today, we're stronger than ever. We're really great. We're in a really great place."

McDermott chimed in with, "I've said it before - it's unfortunate that these events took place to get us where we are today, because today we're stronger and more in love than ever. We have a healthier relationship because of it, we're communicating, we're working on ourselves. It unfortunately took that - especially for me -- to sit me down and go, 'You need to deal with some things.'"
