Many fans were quick to speculate that the lyrics are reflective of her own situation. The chart-topper entered rehab last year for an eating disorder, something her mother, Pebe Sebert, blamed on Kesha's producer Dr. Luke.

"He has just always been very disrespectful about her weight. He'd say it in certain ways, like 'Why don't you try running?'" Kesha's mother told People in January 2014. "She was doing everything and not getting thin fast enough, and that's when she first became bulimic."

Kesha also filed a lawsuit against Dr. Luke in October 2014 for allegedly sexually assaulting her. Two months later, the famous producer filed his own lawsuit saying Kesha and her mother were trying to extort him and denied the allegations.
