More photos were leaked from the set of HBO's True Detective this week.

'True Detective' is Doing For Colin Farrell's Career

It looks like Vince Vaughn will continue to wear some fine suits as the potentially charming and charismatic career criminal Frank Semyon on HBO. On Monday the fan site True Detective Rumors shared the pictures, which revealed the actor outside and in costume in between takes.

Vaughn looked like he was joking around with the crew and having a good time both in and out of character.

Matthew McConaughey Might Be Planning A 'True Detective' Cameo For 2015

Since production began in the fall, the photos also confirm that Vaughn's character won't be killed off or even imprisoned early on.

True Detective's second season, which will follow the murder of a city manager in the state of California, stars Vaughn, Colin Farrell (Detective Ray Velcoro), Rachel McAdams (Detective Ani Bezzerides), and Taylor Kitsch (Officer Paul Woodrugh). All of the episodes will be penned by creator Nic Pizzolatto, while half a dozen directors will step in to fill the hole Emmy winner Cary Fukunaga left behind when he walked away from the show after its first season.

It's uncertain how much time Vaughn will get with his co-stars on screen, especially as the show's leading criminal. Both Vaughn and Farrell have been seen around Los Angeles over the last few weeks suggesting they might have at least a few scenes together on the show.

True Detective will return on HBO for a second season mid-2015.
