Even though "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Vicki Gunvalson is being provoked, she refuses to further stir the pot.

Gretchen Rossi's (a fellow Housewife) boyfriend Slade Smiley accused Gunvalson of cheating on her current beau Brooke Avers, but she is dismissing his claims and "isn't going to get into the type of war of words that plague the other women on the hit reality show," RadarOnline reported. "Vicki will not comment about her private life - and to either confirm or deny any information that may have come from Slade Smiley is not something of concern or interest to her," her rep told RadarOnline.

Although the season has ended, Slade continues to target Gunvalson, but she insists on taking the high road.

"Vicki gets that the fans want to know about her - and she gets that Slade has his own show on the radio. It is natural for him to talk about her. Vicki understands that and always wishes him success. Vicki wants Slade to achieve great success and will help him in every way she can," her rep said.

Apparently, Gunvalson is too busy to question Smiley's motives or to acknowledge his comments. The only original Housewife left from season one of the hit Bravo show has some big entertainment and business developments in the works.

"She has signed on to be represented by Grada Fisher, super agent to the super stars within the personal appearances arena," her rep told RadarOnline.

Gunvalson is thrilled about this new partnership and is looking forward to her future endeavors.

"Grada's clients include Jane Fonda, Marlo Thomas, Suze Orman, Sherry Lansing and many others. Grada is a polished, smooth and no nonsense professional who is magical to work with. Vicki has a spectacular Women in Business tour booked and she could not be more thrilled and excited to have Grada represent her personal appearances."
