Britain's Duke of York Prince Andrew,52, completed a rappel of 785 feet (239 meters) from Europe's tallest building The Shard on Monday and said he "will never do it again."
Prince Andrew, the fourth in line to the throne, began on the 87th floor and finished on the 20th in about half an hour, according to the Associated Press. His adventure was part of a charity event to raise $1 million pounds for the Outward Bound Trust and the Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund.

"I was scared at the top," the 52-year-old prince told reporters after making the descent. "The difficult bit was actually stepping out over the edge."
Prince Andrew said that the training he did in the summer with the Royal Marines in Scotland gave him confidence today to be able to step over the edge without "too much trepidation."
According to the Associated Press, Prince Andrew raised 290,000 pounds ($460,000).
"The charity is close to my heart given my time in the Navy. It's about getting young people to face challenges," the Prince told reporters today.
After serving for 22 years in the Royal Navy as a helicopter pilot, Prince Andrew became the UK's Special Representative for International Trade and Investment.
