He initially was granted a chance to be protected from a woman who was stalking him for two months, but Ryan Gosling is going to be forced to deal with the woman claiming to be his 'twin soul' once again.

Ryan Gosling Takes Action Against A Stalker

According to TMZ, the actor's request to have a restraining order against Gracie Marie Del Villar extended to three years was denied by a court after his lawyers admitted that they can't locate Del Villar, who lives in New York City.

As a result, a judge dismissed the case because the only way to get a restraining order is to serve the alleged stalker personally-something that can't be done when she is unable to be located.

Del Villar was handed a temporary restraining order in November to stay away from Gosling, his mother, Donna, his sister, Mandi, his girlfriend, Eva Mendes, and their daughter, Esmeralda after consistent harassment and stalking in an effort to seek personal contact with him.

It was alleged that Del Villar had been stalking both Gosling and his family because she believes she is his "twin flame" or "twin soul," which is literally translated to the other half of our soul. The incidents with her reportedly reached a culmination when she traveled cross-country on Oct. 29, 2014 to Los Angeles, tracked down and showed up at an unspecified Gosling family member's residence uninvited late at night and demanded entry and access to the residence and its occupants.

Gosling reportedly claimed at the time that Del Villar was "delusional" and "believed she knew the Gosling family, and that they know her, and that they are actually searching for her and have been for the past three years."
