Kate Gosselin has got to be one of the fittest celebrity mothers in the entertainment world these days. The reality television star, who takes care of her eight children at home, says that she revolves her workouts around her family's schedules and sometimes runs up to 10 miles every other day.

Kate Gosselin Isn't Listening To Her Haters Anymore

In an interview with Runner's World, Gosselin says that running has not only helped keep her fit, but let go of a lot of day-to-day stress she carries around with her.

When asked how long it takes her to run a day, she said, "If I've got fire within me, about an hour 30, an hour and 40 maybe. It became more fun when I stopped trying to kill myself to run for speed. Because you can wear yourself out and actually frustrate yourself by always trying to kill yourself to do it in your best time."

She added, "Some days, I'm really competitive, especially if I'm stressed about something. If your knees hurt, who cares? You're running, just go. If I'm running for enjoyment it seems a lot more fun."

Meanwhile, Gosselin has also admitted that she has no time to date these days and that is why she hasn't had a boyfriend for several years now.

According to Us Weekly last week, the 39-year-old blonde dished on why it's been so hard for her to find a boyfriend while trying to raise her eight children at home.

She said, "I would love to date, but I don't have time to date. I don't know that I really have time to think about what I want in a man. Our obvious issue is we're a family people have heard of. It's that publicity piece. There's eight kids and it's really loud and stressful in my house. I mean, anybody that can kind of work through all that, you know, that's a lot of gates there they gotta get through."
