Jennifer Aniston has one of the most sought-after curves in Hollywood, but according to the actress, she hasn't worked out in a very long time. The big screen star showed off a lot of cleavage in a figure-hugging dress at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles, California on Sunday evening.

According to E! Online, Aniston wowed the crowd on the red carpet in a revealing Vintage Galliano gown.

The blonde beauty also admitted that she hasn't seen a gym in months as she filmed her most recent role in the movie, "Cake." Aniston plays Claire, who suffers from a chronic pain disorder.

She said, "It kind of helped with your mood and the physical and all of that. At first I was thrilled thinking this will be so great. I won't have to work out, but then after a few weeks, it really does affect the way you sleep, your stamina throughout the day, your mood."

Aniston added, "We take for granted how important it is and why we do it."

What's more, Aniston admits that her performance in Cake was so different than her other roles, that she had to go back to the basics of acting while preparing for the film.

"It felt like I went back to [acting] class and really had that excitement of exploring a character and disappearing and not really expecting anything would come out of it like it has," she told Maria Menounos. "We're all kind of stunned."

Cake is available in theaters nationwide now.
