Demon Dean, Mark of Cain Dean, and now Teenage Dean - Supernatural is covering all the bases during season 10.

'Supernatural' Goes Back to Basics, Winchesters To Battle A Ghost In 'Halt & Catch Fire'

First introduced in season 9's "Bad Boys," the fifth iteration of young Dean will popup once more in "About A Boy." With a little help from Hansel of Hansel and Gretel fame, the 36-year-old Winchester will shrink down to his baseball-cap-wearing, pimple-popping pubescent self - a sudden transformation that will come as a shock of his suddenly much, much older younger brother.

Unsurprisingly, "About a Boy" comes from the mind of Adam Glass, the same writer behind last year's flashback-filled "Bad Boys." While Dylan Everett (Teenage Dean) expertly scaled back Dean's (Jensen Ackles) mannerism to fit a troubled 16-year-old in season 9, this time the young actor will have to play a mid-30's, Mark of Cain-bearing man in a teen's body.

According to Glass, viewers can expect just as convincing of a performance the second time around.

"So glad [Dylan Everett] is back as #young dean," Glass informed fans on Wednesday. "I loved him in #badboys an knew I wanted to use him again. He slays it again in 'About A Boy.'"
