Netflix scored its second Mad Men star this week for the upcoming Wet Hot American Summer.

'Mad Men' Star Stuns In 1960s Themed Ensemble

On Jan. 13 Deadline announced that actor John Slattery (Roger Sterling) would be joining the series, but he's not the only Mad Men alum set to make an appearance. On Wednesday TV Line announced that Jon Hamm, known as AMC's Don Draper, has officially come on board for the program, which has already acquired Lake Bell (Million Dollar Arm), Randal Park (The Interview), Jayma Mays (Glee), and Josh Charles (The Good Wife).

Based on the 2001 film, the eight-episode series will also include original cast members Bradley Cooper, Christopher Meloni and Amy Poehler.

Studio Is 'Not Happy' About 'Mad Men' Ending

Not much is known about Hamm's new character, other than that he will be playing some sort of spy at Camp Firewood. It's uncertain at this time whether or not Slattery and Hamm will share any scenes together, though Mad Men fans will likely rejoice at the opportunity to see these two grace the same screen yet again.

Hamm had originally decided to take some time off following the end of AMC's popular ad agency drama, which suggests that his Wet Hot American Summer role might not be too extensive. Then again, the actor may have rethought his stance on taking a break. Since the Netflix series is only set to have a limited run, it's the perfect transitional project for Hamm to move on after Mad Men without diving into anything requiring a long commitment.

Mad Men returns on AMC for the remainder of its seventh and final season Sunday, April 5 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
