Currently, Gibbons is surrounded by Real Housewives stars on Celebrity Apprentice, but when it comes to embarking on a role on one of the franchise's shows, Gibbons said she has no interest.

“No. No. No,” Gibbons told AfterBuzz TV, according to a report by Wetpaint Entertainment on Wednesday. “When I started Celebrity Apprentice I had never seen one of those shows. But you know what? Six months ago, even the night before I went on Celebrity Apprentice, I would’ve said no. So you know life is kind of strange that way.”

After working as a television host for over 30 years, Gibbons was cast on the seventh season of Celebrity Apprentice, alongside fellow celebrities, including Brandi Glanville, Kenya Moore, Kate Gosselin, Kevin Jonas and Terrell Owens.

“They said, ‘Listen, at first you’re going to hate it. Like, the first week you are going to be miserable.’ And they were right,” Gibbons admitted.

Still, the chance to earn money for her charity, Leeza’s Care Connection, was enough to convince her to sign on -- and do her best.

“My strategy is I want to show up to be my mother’s daughter and be as strong as she was and courageous as she was, and I want to honor every caregiver like my dad,” she explained.
