Amid rumors that Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kim Kardashian and her husband, rapper Kanye West are heading for a split, West confirmed that the couple is indeed trying to conceive baby no. 2.

West stopped by Ellen in an episode that aired Thursday (Jan. 29) and revealed that he is all for having another baby. He and Kardashian are parents to one-year-old North West.

"Yeah we're trying. I just want whatever Kim wants," he said and laughed.

West also gushed about being married to the reality star and said that he has definitely learned how to "compromise" with his wife.

"I've learned how to shut up more. I think I'm a better human being because of her and because of my daughter. I always have someone to think about going home too."

He said that it has stopped him from getting out of line when it comes to protecting others or certain cultures because he really he has to protect himself for the good of his family.

"I was going through my version of my terrible twos. My daughter, she wants to express herself. But she just doesn't have the words for it," he confessed. He added that he went through a similar phase when he wanted to speak on his creativity and ambitions to change the world.

He also spoke on his newest album and said fans will definitely see a "transition" from his Yeezus project to his upcoming album.
