Original coach Christina Aguilera returns for Season 8 and will be alongside fellow original coaches Adam Levine and Blake Shelton as well as last season's newcomer Pharrell Williams.

In the promo, which can be viewed below, the four coaches take on the personas of warriors in a dystopian world kind of like a gladiator ring since they are caged in this one area.

Carson Daly, The Voice host, even makes an appearance in the promo that will air during the Super Bowl on Sunday, Feb. 1.

The promo has an almighty voice inform viewers, "In a far distant future where only the strong survive, one tradition lives on," which signifies the blind auditions.

Levine, Shelton and Aguilera do their typical bickering with Williams even joining in.

A potential winner shows off her stunning voice and the coaches battle to obtain her on their teams.

The almighty voice in the promo ends with; "An epic new season of The Voice returns February 23 here on NBC," as a giant rocky monument of The Voice statue is displayed.
