There is no doubt that Jill Duggar and her husband Derick Dillard are very excited about becoming first time parents, and it looks like they are getting all the practice they can get. Derick especially is practicing for fatherhood, as a new clip shows him having a fun-filled pajama party with his wife's sisters.

In the clip, Derick can be seen babysitting Jill's youngest sisters as the couple hosted a slumber party at their house for an upcoming episode of TLC's 19 Kids & Counting. He even got a beauty makeover from the girls and painted their toenails, too.

Derick said in the clip, "It was a lot of fun," while his wife Jill added, "You did pretty good."

Meanwhile, there were rumors surfacing earlier this month that the couple might be getting their own spinoff show.

Rumor has it that the expectant celebrity mother along with her husband might be getting their own TLC show after they shared never-before-seen personal photos on their Facebook page from their wedding and holiday break.

According to OK! Magazine, there have been rumors for quite some time now that Duggar and Dillard are secretly working on their own show about their pregnancy and life in their mansion.

The site does add though that the rumors for now are pure speculation, as TLC has neither confirmed nor denied plans for a spin-off show.
