Kristen Stewart on Robert Pattinson For First Time Since Scandal: 'We're Totally Fine'

Kristen Stewart addressed her relationship with Robert Pattinson for the first time since news of her affair with married director Rupert Sanders surfaced.

During a press conference for her new movie "On the Road" in Toronto, Stewart answered a reporter's question regarding the potentially awkward public appearances she and Pattinson will have to make to promote "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2."

"We're going to be fine," the 22-year-old actress said, according to the Daily Mail. "We're totally fine," she added.

The paper says that Stewart seemed tired and weary throughout the press call and seemed to force her smiles.

Toronto marked Stewart's first public appearance since photographs of her affair with Sanders were published by a magazine.

Also on Saturday, Sanders' wife Liberty Ross hit the runway at the New York Fashion Week, this was also her biggest public appearrence since the scandal.

Both Stewart and Sanders issued public apologies to their respective partners for the affair. 

It remains unknown what is the status of the relationship between Stewart and Pattinson.
