The cast of Devious Maids could get into even more trouble on their new season, as a new actress is set to join the series for a recurring role in the upcoming third season.

Naya Rivera, who rose to fame as the fabulously honest (and sometimes pretty mean) lesbian cheerleader Santana on FOX's Glee, is set to be a part of the Lifetime show's newest season, in a role that is set to recur throughout.

According to TV Guide, Rivera's character will be named Blanca, and she will be faced with drama when the picture-perfect Beverly Hills family she works for proves to be anything but. Blanca will soon discover a horrible secret which will have the power to change her life forever.

Rivera also joins returning actress Brianna Brown, who is also scheduled to return in the third season. Though nothing else has been confirmed, the series regulars-including Roselyn Sanchez, Dania Ramirez, Ana Ortiz, Judy Reyes, Susan Lucci, Rebecca Wisocky, Grant Show and Tom Irwin-are all expected to return.

The season 2 finale ended on a major cliffhanger, which saw Rosie (Ramirez) and Spence's (Show) wedding day ending with a literal bang-as a vengeful  Ty (Gideon Glick) sought to ensure that Valentina (Edy Ganem) kept quiet about he and Ethan (Colin Woodell) leading the robberies that plagued Beverly Hills for months-and ultimately caused Alejandro's (Matt Cedeno) death. Ty wound up driing past the wedding and firing his gun into the crowd-but it was unclear who may have actually taken the bullet.

Devious Maids returns to Lifetime this summer.
