Lisa Vanderpump spoke of Kristen Doute's firing during Monday night's episode of Vanderpump Rules: Last Call.

'Vanderpump Rules' Ratings Continue To Climb Without Stassi Schroeder On Board

On the latest episode of Vanderpump Rules, Vanderpump and her staff at SUR Lounge opted to give Doute the boot after discovering news of her having told her manager, Diana, to "f--- off." On Last Call, Vanderpump admitted Doute's exit was a long time coming.

"I think at this point I was at the end of my tether, really, and I think it was accumulative," she explained. "I'd given her so many, kind of, passes and even actually laid it on the table and said to her, 'You'd be doing me a favor if you quit.' When you see somebody struggling in their personal life, you almost don't want to pile onto their problems by saying, 'Oh and by the way, you've lost your job, as well.'"

On a prior episode of the show, Doute and Scheana Marie were seen in a screaming match over Doute's alleged decision to invite Annemarie Kunkel to SUR Lounge to confront Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix with claims of their Miami affair. When Diana attempted to break up the fight, Doute took aim at her, telling her to "f--- off" and advising her to go away.

"The basic premise of it, I felt, was the fact that she was so disrespectful to management and to Diana," Vanderpump added. "She was not doing her job properly. She had endless warnings. All of us were on the same page."
