Pop sensation Rihanna just proved that there's nothing she isn't willing to do. The Grammy Award winning singer went swimming with sharks for her new Harper's Bazaar photo shoot.

Fans already knew that Rih Rih was a daredevil, but her new underwater shoot with the magazine took things to a new level.

On Thursday, the singer took to Instagram and Twitter to share some of the new photos taken by photographer Norman Jean Roy of her underwater cover story and she looks phenomenal.

While the singer may have had to take on the giants of the underwater world, she opened up about dealing with 'sharks' or trials in her day to day life.

"I try my best to avoid the sharks of life, but I have had my share of experiences with them, and in those cases I just have to handle them accordingly," the singer told the mag. "But I do not swim with sharks ... sharks swim with sharks."

When asked about her adventurous side, and her greatest adventure, the singer replied, "Are you kidding me? I just did a photo shoot in the midst of sharks. It's going to be pretty hard to beat that."

It's clear that Rih's passion for music and love for her fans always motiviate her to reach new heights.

Rihanna recently partnered with rapper Kanye West and musical icon Paul McCartney for her new single FourFiveSeconds. Earlier this week, Rihanna released a new music video for the song, and it looks like her career is in full swing.

Back in December Rihanna announced that she was working on her eighth studio album R8 that's said to be released in the very near future.
