As rumors swirl that Deja Vu duo Beyonce and Jay Z are expecting another child, they are making a major move from New York City to Los Angeles after friends say it's a great place to raise children.

An insider told Us Weekly recently that Beyonce's good friend and actress Gwyneth Paltrow actually played a part in their decision. She told the power couple that Los Angeles was a much better spot for their family, particularly their daughter Blue Ivy Carter who just turned three on Jan. 7.

"Beyonce and Jay Z are making LA their permanent home based a lot on the advice of their friends. The friend that really influenced them to move was Gwyneth Paltrow."

Paltrow currently lives in the City of Angels with children 10-year-old Apple and Moses, 8. She and her estranged husband Chris Martin are said to believe Los Angeles is much better in comparison to New York City.

They added, "Gwyneth was telling Jay and Bey about the quality of life for her kids in LA and really swayed Beyonce and Jay to make the move. It's all for Blue Ivy."

They have already "discretely viewed" several luxury homes in high-end areas such as Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills and even Bel-Air.

Bey and Jay have lived in New York City for years. After all, Jay Z is a native of the Big Apple and Beyonce relocated there from her hometown of Houston. They also reportedly signed up Blue Ivy for private school that has a $15,080 yearly tuition.
