Juanes 'Grammys 2015': Latin Rock Star-Nominated Band Performs Its Hit Single 'Juntos' [VIDEO]

Two-time Latin Grammy award-winner and two-time Grammy award-winner Juanes, took the stage to perform his hit-single, Juntos. Juanes is a super famous Latin rockstar who also performed a Spanish-English version of Elton John's "Your Song" at the 2013 Grammys. Some of you may remember "Juntos" from the movie McFarland, USA.
