9:47 pm: Three finalists remain. One more act will be eliminated right now. The act finishing in third place is...William Close. Sharon Osbourne promises him that Simon Cowell will do great things with him.

8:22 pm: The judges go over the six finalists' performances and point to their strengths. Howard Stern says William Close, the musician who invents his own instruments, has a very special place in his heart.

Tonight's winner will take home a $1 million prize and a headline show in Las Vegas. The six finalists will not be performing today but they will come face to face in front of judgest Howie Mandel, Sharon Osbourne and Stern to obtain the title.

The six finalists are "The Untouchables," a group of 20 dancers (5 boys and 15 girls); "The Olate Dogs" a dog act led by a 55-year-old man from South America Richard Olate, and his son Nicholas Olate; "William Close" a 42-year-old musician and inventor who performs with musical instruments created by himself; "Joe Castillo" a SandStory Artist, who tells stories drawing in sand over a light table and coordinated with music; 48-year-old stand-up comedian "Tom Cotter" and "David Garibaldi" a 29-year-old live painting artist that performs with 4 dancers called the "CMYK's."

Performing tonight will be Justin Bieber who released today his second book, NE-YO and Green Day which will debut a new song.
