Amanda Bynes' reckless driving habits finally caught up with her. 

On Sunday, Sept. 16, she was pulled over by police at 9 a.m. in Burbank, Calif. and her black BMW was impounded. 

The officer ran her license to discover it was suspended and issued her a midemeanor, TMZ reported. 

Bynes was also pulled over on Sept. 9, but even with a suspended license, she was only given a verbal warning.  

Bynes has gone "completely off the grid," a RadarOnline source said. 

It's not hard to see that the 26-year-old former Nickelodeon comedienne and actress is troubled. She's been arrested for a DUI and has had two alleged hit-and-runs. Last week, she was photographed smoking what looked like marijuana and drove around San Fernando Valley, Calif. aimlessly for hours on a suspended license. On Sept. 23, the starlet got into a minor fender bender.

Her license was suspended on August 25, and TMZ alleges, that's the case because she refused to take a sobriety test when she was arrested for a DUI in April. In the state of California, such refusal results in automatic license suspension.

On Sept. 12, L.A. Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel ordered her not to drive.

Bynes must appear in court to explain her actions on Sept. 21. If she fails to do so, there will be a warrant out for her arrest, according to RadarOnline.

Judge Revel also presides over Lindsay Lohan's legal troubles, and according to a RadarOnline source, "Judge Revel is not happy about the way Amanda has been conducting herself and does not want another Lindsay Lohan fiasco on her hands."

On Sept. 16 Lohan, who has had many legal woes herself including a DUI charge tweeted, "Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?"

Aside from Bynes' poor driving skills, her drug use as well as her mental stability has come into question. A RadarOnline source claimed that the star refuses to get treatment for either issue.

According to TMZ, many of her neighbors and gym acquaintances are concerned about her well-being. Bynes, for example, has been seen having long conversations with inanimate objects, laughs erratically for no reason and talks to herself answering her own questions.  

The actress has not spoken to her manager, agent or publicist, and doesn't return anyone's phone calls, a RadarOnline source said.
