Kim Kardashian and Kanye West might have gotten lots of flack when their nearly two-year-old daughter North West was spotted having a fit during his fashion show last week. Now the new proud father has dished on why he thinks the tot was having a very loud moment.

A snapshot of North seeming to scream at the top of her lungs while she sat on Kardashian's lap during Kanye's first show for Adidas not only surfaced online but went viral. Interestingly enough, Kardashian was sitting in between Drunk In Love singer Beyoncé and Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour. The two iconic ladies simply looked on and appeared unbothered by North's actions.

The Jesus Walks rapper spoke with Vice magazine backstage and said his critics might be what made North uncomfortable.

Kim Kardashian Reveals Kanye West Wants Her To 'Dress Sexier'

"Maybe she was just scared for her daddy. She just wanted people to stop being mean to her daddy. Because she knows that her daddy loves the world and just wants to make it a more beautiful place."

Still, that wasn't the first time North made a fuss during the popular week for fashion. The second time was during the Alexander Wang show. This time Kanye was by Kardashians' side and tried to comfort her as she cried and attempted to slide off of Kardashian's lap.

An insider said that North spotted a photographer holding a toy monkey that is very similar to one she likes to play with when she's at home.

"She is obsessed with it and when she saw the photographer holding the same one, she started crying and reaching out with it for a few seconds," a source confirmed.

They added that the crying only happened for a moment.
