Bobbi Kristina Brown's longtime boyfriend, Nick Gordon, has spoken out after reports claim police are investigating him for possible foul play in an incident that resulted in Brown being found unconscious in her bathtub.

Brown, 21, the sole child of iconic R&B singers, late Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, is still in a medically induced coma more than two weeks after being discovered in her Atlanta home.

Since then, authorities have said Gordon might have been involved. But the 25-year-old's legal team, Randy Kessler and Joe Habachy, attempted to shut down any speculation of his connection as well as rumors he is suing the family, Daily Mail reported Saturday.

"In response to reports that Nick Gordon is taking legal action, he would like it to be clear, he is not. Mr. Gordon's only concern is the recovery of Bobbi Kristina. He remains in constant prayer for his companion and he hopes to be reunited with her soon. Despite the incredible public interest, we ask and hope that this request can be resolved privately by Mr. Gordon and the family."

According to the site, Gordon has only been able to see Bobbi once. It was the day after she was admitted to the hospital. He is begging to be allowed to see her again but hasn't been allowed yet.

On top of that reports say that the two, who claimed they were married about a year ago, had a domestic incident just days before she was found.

A second insider said Gordon hopes Bobbi's family knows he would never cause any harm to her.
