As it turns out, Maguire will be present in the second half of the season.

Will 'Once Upon a Time's Belle Forgive Rumplestiltskin?

"And for the uber-observant fans," Horowitz teased, "we're going to shed some light on just why he might have looked different and not had a tattoo in Season 2.″

The role of Robin Hood was originally played by Tom Ellis in season 2.

It remains to be seen what's in store for Robin Hood in the second half of the season, but fans of him and Regina, often referred to as "Outlaw Queen," should still hold out hope.

Additionally, TVLine brought another fan question about Once Upon a Time to Horowitz. This one was asking about whether Emma's childhood friend Lily (Nicole Munoz) would be back at any point in the remainder of season 4.

"We sure hope so!" he simply answered.

Once Upon a Time returns for the second half of season 4 on Sunday, March 1 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
