So You Think You Can Dance 2012 crowned two ballet dancers as its winners on its two-hour finale Tuesday night: Eliana Girard and Chenon Wespi-Tschopp.

The moment America's favorite dancers of SYTYCD Season 9 were announced was very emotional. The two female finalists were the first to come on stage to find out the decision of the voters. When Eliana was announced the winner against Tiffany Maher she opened her eyes wide and cover her mouth in shock, then kneeled on the ground.

Later it was the turn for the guys: Chenon and Cyrus awaited for the name of the winner after looking back at their journeys on the show. The videos left Cyrus on the verge of tears but he tried to gain composure. When Chenon was announced the winner he also seemed in shock and gave Cyrus a long hug.

Eliana, 21, from West Palm Beach, Florida, is an expert on Contemporary Ballet. Currently she lives in New York and started dancing when she was 3 1/2 years old. She reportedly works at the Cirque Du Soleil since 2009.

Chehon was born in Chicago, Illinois but was raised in Sydney, Australia and Zurich, Switzerland. He started to dance ballet at age 13 has performed at the Los Angeles Ballet and with the Broadway show "Come Fly Away."

On tonight's finale, Canadien singer Carly Rae Jepsen and Nigel Lythgoe performed along with more dancers from the Dragon House.

The finale also featured performances by the show's favorite dancers from Season 9.
