Many of the moms on Fox's Glee are getting together for a big performance in honor of Brittany (Heather Morris) and Santana's (Naya Rivera) wedding.

A new sneak peek clip of the next episode of Glee has been released, featuring several moms singing at the wedding, including guest stars Jennifer Coolidge (Brittany's mom), Romy Rosemont (Kurt's mom), Gina Gershon (Blaine's mom) and Gloria Estefan (Santana's mom). Brittany, Santana, Mercedes (Amber Riley) and Sugar (Vanessa Lengies) join them in a performance of I'm So Excited.

The clip also features Coolidge and costar Ken Jeong (who plays Brittany's dad) speaking about the episode.

"It's an honor to be a part of it," Jeong says, of Glee. "Just from an outsider's perspective I'm really in awe of just all the performers and how easy they make it look because I know for a fact that's it's not easy."

Jeong also has high praise for Coolidge in the sneak peek, though she is quick to come in with a quippy line.

"Jennifer is one of my all time favorites. She truly is one of the funniest people on the planet. I'm such a big fan," Jeong says.

"He thinks I'm funny because I can lift him over my head," Coolidge jokes.

Coolidge's character is named Whitney Pierce while Jeong's is humorously named Pierce Pierce.

Glee airs Fridays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
