It looks as though Tori Spelling might have another situation on her hands here. According to a new report, her husband Dean McDermott was spotted having a very "cozy" lunch with his ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace in Los Angeles recently.

In Touch Weekly (via Extra TV) reports on Wednesday that the ex-couple, who divorced back in 2006 when McDermott began his relationship with Spelling, looked like they were "at ease" with each other as they enjoyed a long lunch with just the two of them. McDermott and Eustace share a son, Jack, together.

An eyewitness said, "Mary Jo and Dean were so at ease with each other, they looked like a married couple. They embraced the moment they saw each other, talked for almost two hours and then warmly hugged each other when they said goodbye."

The source added, "Dean and Mary Jo looked like a couple that were meant to be. Tori would have been livid if she'd seen them!"

This isn't the first time that McDermott and Eustace have been seen together, as the blonde beauty also attended his daughter Hattie's birthday party last year and even had a one-on-one sit down with Spelling during the last season of True Tori.

What's more, it doesn't look like Spelling likes to see her husband so close to his ex-wife. A source said, "Tori has always been threatened by Mary Jo," adding that "she's worried there's still chemistry there between them."

So far, Spelling herself hasn't made any comments.
