Kim Zolciak, the 34-year-old star from the "Real Housewives of Atlanta," has a completely different life than she did 15 months ago. She and Kroy Beirmann, 27-year-old Atlanta Falcons football player, welcomed their first son, K.J., in May 2011 and tied the knot six months later. She then gave birth to Kash Kade on Aug. 15. 

Kim keeps busy with four children; she also has two daughters, Brielle, 15, and Ariana, 9, from previous relationships. 

Though being a mom of four takes a lot of work, the reality star feels lucky to be in that position.

"I love it," Kim told Life & Style magazine. "There's nothing else in the world like it. I'm just at peace. I was never out there searching for something, but there was always kind of a missing piece, and I have it all now. I literally have everything."

Since she's had quite a few pregnancies, Kash Kade's impending arrival seemed like nothing for the veteran. 

"It was the easiest pregnancy out of all of them!" she said to Life & Style magazine. "I had a couple of weeks in the beginning that were really rough, but then it was great." 

Kim is open to having more kids if that's what Beirmann wants. "Kroy wants a football team! He'd have me pregnant forever. I couldn't say no -- or keep my hands off my husband."

On Sept. 19, Kim tweeted, "I look at these pics and I'm in awe of my beautiful family ... I am sooooo blessed!"

Not everything, however, is as picture perfect as it might seem.

On Aug. 28, Kim's mother, Karen Zolciak, filed a petition in Georgia's Fulton County Superior Court against Kim, 34, asking for visitation of her grandchildren Ariana, 9, and Brielle, 15.

The court documents state that Ariana and Brielle "live such a crappy, abnormal life being on TV-they need a normal haven to relax and unwind and just be kids," according to E! News.

Karen, 55, claimed that Kim "won't let them come over."

Aside from blaming Kim's shows "Real Housewives of Atlanta" and "Don't Be Tardy for the Wedding," she also points the finger at Beirmann. "Before Kroy came into Kim's life, we spent a Christmas in the Bahamas with them."

Beirmann plans on legally adopting Kim's two daughters, and Brielle could not be happier.

Along with a picture of Beirmann's 27th birthday cake, Brielle wrote, "Happy birthday kroy! I'm so thankful for you. I don't have my father in my life, and even though you weren't there for 13 years of my life- you are now and make up for all the years you haven't been there. u make me feel like my actual dad. I'm so blessed to have you and so luck you're in our lives. you came at the perfect time. everything happens for a reason. we have our ups and downs and our fights but were supposed to! you're my dad! but at the end of the day, you're always there for me. you're always here for me and the shoulder I can cry on. I love you daddy, and can't wait for all the other fun moments we'll have!!! I hope you had a good birthday- I love you."
