Another death hoax strikes again and this time the victim is WWE wrestler John Cena. A false death report on the wrestler emerged last night, just hours after he had arm surgery.

The "death report" claimed that Cena died from a car crash and was pronounced dead at the scene. The report was published by Global Associated News.

This is the fourth time Cena reportedly "died" so far. Reports claimed that Cena died in 2011 and in June and August of 2012.
Cena had undergone surgery for bone chips in his right elbow. After the procedure, he reportedly thanks his fans for their support. His elbow had reportedly been "locking up", causing him to have limited movement.

Cena's physician Dr Andrews issued a news statement to WWE last night, saying that the procedure went really well and was straight-forward. The WWE star's arms will return to normal.

Meanwhile, he is currently going through physical therapy rehab.

Cena thanked his doctors via Twitter,  calling Dr Andrews a "super surgeon".  He told his fans: "U guys have my word, I will do whatever I can to be active ASAP." He also thanked them, saying: "Really means alot to me and I just want to say thanks".
John Cena's death hoax follows the "death" of Morgan Freeman, Adam Sandler, and Eddie Murphy.

Most recently, a Facebook page called "R.I.P. Morgan Freeman" was established, claiming that the 75-year-old actor has died.
So ripe were the rumors that Freeman's rep released a statement to worried fans, saying: "Morgan is alive and well and joins the long list of actors who have been victimized by this hoax. He's still alive and well, stop believing what you see on the Internet."
Bill Cosby is also a frequent target of death hoaxes.
