It might be a time waster, but it looks like it's sucked her in as well. Jessa Duggar shared a new post on her Instagram account suggesting that people spend too much time on their social media accounts these days than in prayer.

Jessa Duggar Baby Bump: New Reports Indicate That The Reality Star Might Be Pregnant

In a post that she shared on Tuesday, she quoted John Piper and said, "One of the great uses of Twitter and Facebook will be to prove at the last day that prayerlessness was not from lack of time."

This applies to Instagram too, and all other forms of social media! It's all to easy to come to the end of a day and think "I've just been so busy today-- much too busy to find time to read my Bible or talk to God through prayer." However, if we look back over our day, we will most likely find that we did have spare moments here and there...but that we gave them away to less important things. What's the first thing you reach for in the morning? Do you grab your Bible first to learn more about God and gain wisdom and instruction for the day? Or do you grab for your phone to check new emails, text messages, social media notifications, or news alerts? Maybe you jump up and start making breakfast for yourself? I've been guilty of this myself. The fact of the matter is, WE WILL MAKE TIME FOR THE THINGS THAT ARE MOST IMPORTANT TO US. How important to you is your relationship with God? Look back over the past ten days to find your answer. We all need food to survive physically. And similarly, we all need spiritual food to grow and thrive spiritually. You say, "But I go to church on Sunday!" Wonderful! I am glad that you do! But would you be content to say the same of your physical food? "Oh, I eat one big meal every Sunday!" No! We like our food! We enjoy eating and fulfilling the hungers of our physical body. Let us not neglect and starve our spiritual body. May we be able to say with Job, "I have esteemed the words of [God's] mouth more than my necessary food." Job 23:12 Open your Bible today! If you don't know where to start, I recommend beginning in the book of John. Make time! Read a chapter each day and ask God to help you learn something!

Is Jessa Duggar Jealous That Her Sister Jill Is Getting More Media Attention Because Of Her Pregnancy?

It's unknown why Jessa took to her Instagram account to relay her message, although it's becoming more and more clear that she is starting to become the more "outspoken" Duggar sister.

She also added in the post, "The fact of the matter is, WE WILL MAKE TIME FOR THE THINGS THAT ARE MOST IMPORTANT TO US.

Jessa herself has been spending a lot of time on social media lately, posting selfies of her and her husband Ben Seewald, who she married back in November.
