Kyle Jenkins Abbott (Lachlan Buchanan) is back in Genoa City, but his arrival is suspicious since Summer Newman Travers' (Hunter King) husband Austin (Matthew Atkinson) is missing.

Summer Freaks Out At The Police Station On 'The Young and the Restless'

During Tuesday's episode, Detective Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) told everyone in the station Austin was found and fine, but it turns out Austin wasn't the young man found in the woods by the cabin.

Soaps reported that Paul assumed it was Austin since the report the station received happened to be that a Caucasian male who appears to be at least 20 years old is wandering around in the woods. 

Austin Is Fine On 'The Young and the Restless'?

Summer, Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will head out to the woods to find out if Austin was really found.

The mystery male will be brought out of a ravine and Summer will realize it's not her husband, but Kyle.

Kyle will explain he was caught in the storm after his car got stuck and he was heading to Abby Newman's (Melissa Ordway) party at the cabin as a surprise.

Kyle will show affection toward Summer as she still worries about Austin, but it will leave Kevin and Mariah to speculate that Kyle got rid of Austin to get with Summer considering their past before he left Genoa City.

Kevin will spot something sticking out of Kyle's trunk, but in true soap opera fashion the contents won't be revealed just yet.

The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
