Ever since Pippa Middleton walked down the aisle at sister Kate's royal wedding, there has been an overwhelming fixation with the 31-year-old's backside.

Pippa Middleton Planning A New Career? 

In fact, the fascination with Pippa's butt has become so prominent that scholars are actually beginning to study it. On Feb. 11 The Guardian announced that celebrity studies scholar Gavin Wilkinson has written a paper on the subject entitled Fetishising Pippa Middleton: Celebrity Posteriors, Whiteness, and Class Aspirationalism.

Gavin isn't the only one studying the obsession with Pippa's behind either. In 2011 University of London scholar Janet McCabe wrote And Bringing Up The Rear: Pippa Middleton, Her Derriere, and Celebrity.

Kate Middleton's New Look Receiving Praise From Mothers Everywhere? 

Fortunately, Princess Kate's younger sister isn't too sensitive about the subject of her backside. In fact, she even wrote an article for The Spectator in December about Kim Kardashian and "American booty culture", not seeming to realize just how much she herself has influenced UK's own "booty" movement.

"I must say that mine, though it has enjoyed fleeting fame, is not comparable," wrote Middleton of Kardashian's butt.

Pippa's rear end also seems to have landed her a job offer this month, though it's not one she's likely to take. An open letter from London's Hustler Club has asked the princess's sister if she would be interested in becoming one of their VIP Strippers.

Naturally, Pippa has yet to comment on the offer or the outrage it sparked within the government.
