Bravo is looking to shake up the cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey considering its star Teresa Giudice is behind bars serving a 15-month sentence in federal prison.

An insider told People magazine recently that "the network wasn't happy with last season. They want a vibe with fresh Jersey faces."

One thing they hope to do is bring back previous cast members.

It wouldn't be the first the network resurrected a past co-star. Dina Manzo returned to the show for its sixth season after quitting after season 2.

"Some older faces will for sure come back to keep the viewers happy. It could get interesting."

But a different insider said the future of the show is still uncertain.

"No one knows when it's coming back."

Giudice is slated to be released on Feb. 5, 2016. She would have served 13 months after checking herself in on Jan. 5 of this year.

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi of MTV's Jersey Shore was rumored to be joining the cast. But she took to her blog Snooki Nicole earlier this week to shut that down.

"It is in the freaking magazines and no it's not true, it's not happening. I don't want to be a housewife. I'm a huge fan of the shows. I like it. But that's not what I want to do with my life. I HAVEN'T gotten one call from BRAVO and Andy made it clear on his twitter saying 'she ain't joining' like he doesn't like me or something and the article was saying I was begging Bravo to be on the show. I really don't get it!"
