Manning, who plays religious zealot Pennsatucky on Orange Is the New Black, said that she would like to see Lupita Nyong'o guest star on the Netflix prison dramedy.

Nyong'o had previously said that she was a big fan of Orange Is the New Black, so Manning would love to see her join the Litchfield prison with her.

"Of course!" she told E! Online, when asked if she would want Nyong'o to join. "That's the great thing about this show, I feel that any guest star can work because it's jail."

She observed, "Everyday people go in and they go out-that's what makes this show exciting is that you never know who's coming into jail!"

She admitted that she would want to see Wyong'o come in wearing one of the famous gowns she's been wearing ever since she dazzled on the red carpet during the previous award season.

"I would love to see her...if she wore one of her epic gowns as well," Manning said. "I think she's one of the best dressed."

Nyong'o won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress at last year's ceremony, winning for her debut film performance in 12 Years a Slave. The actress also became highly acclaimed for the various dresses she wore during the award season.

Orange Is the New Black returns for its third season in mid-2015 on Netflix.
