She might be one of the sexiest starlets in Hollywood these days, and it looks like her fiancé wants to keep it that way. Rumor has it that Joe Manganiello is worried about Sodia Vergara's 'carb-aholic' diet. Apparently, he's not comfortable with her binge-eating and is worried about her health.

According to OK! Magazine on Thursday, Joe wants to see his fiancée both healthy and happy - in and out of the kitchen - before they tie the knot later on this year.

A source close to the couple said, "Joe can't believe it and it wasn't until Manolo [her son] assured him she wasn't going through some comfort-eating carb binge - it's just normal!"

The insider added, "Neither of them can believe she's not the size of a house, but Sofia's one of those freaks of nature who just doesn't ever put on weight."

Meanwhile, there's been a report earlier this month suggesting that Manganiello is trying to convince Vergara to ditch her plastic surgery habit as well.

According to OK! Magazine, a source close to the couple says Vergara is obsessed with always looking perfect as she's already had several procedures to smooth out wrinkles and her imperfections. Unfortunately though Manganiello is none too happy with Vergara constantly going under the knife.

An insider told the site, "Joe has told Sofia he doesn't want her to have any more surgery because he thinks she looks perfect just as she is. Sofia thinks it's hilarious because he has no idea what goes into maintaining her picture-perfect looks and it gets harder as she gets older."
