They seemed to be making an effort to work through their marital problems, but Will (Guy Wilson) and Sonny's (Freddie Smith) relationship may hit another roadblock on Days of Our Lives.

According to Facebook fan page Salem's Secrets, Sonny is set to leave town-and his husband-behind.

The fan page posted a photo scan of the most recent issue of Soap Opera Digest, which features a claim on its cover that Sonny is going to leave his husband, their daughter, and his other friends and family in Salem behind for a little while, as he still continues to heal from his recent stabbing, and decides he needs to heal his heart more as well.

Of course, leaving town could pose more problems for the couple however, as their issues starting to surface when Will initially left town and followed his mom, Sami, to Hollywood to write the movie of her life. In addition, the man Will cheated with, Sonny's ex, Paul (Christopher Sean) is still in Salem. And though both Will and Paul have pledged their love for Sonny, they could find themselves tempted to hook-up again when Sonny is gone.

The cover also boasts that one of the biggest secrets still being kept in Salem is also about to blow up. JJ (Casey Moss) ended things with his girlfriend Paige (True O'Brien) after he slept with her mother, Eve (Kassie DePaiva)-and even though he and Eve still can't stand each other they have continued hooking up. However, their big secret will finally come out after JJ's mom, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) walks in on her son and her sworn enemy during another one of their romps.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
